Volunteer guide · A4, one per volunteer.
Sounds of the Universe pack · A4, 6 sheets, one side each. Listening station, two prompt sheets, the tray labels to cut in half, the map sheet, the sonification sheet with its three QR codes.
Biomimicry pack · 29 pages, photographs of nature solving an engineering problem, for the Nature's Engineers tables.
Paper helicopter template · A4, mono, one side. The only wind tunnel make transcribed from a printed strip already in use.

Station packs

One PDF per station, so nobody is reading a phone at a table. A4 portrait, two pages to a sheet, diagrams whole and photographs at reading size. Regenerated by build-station-packs.py: correct the activity record and run it again.

Risk assessments · risk-assessments/pdf/ in this folder. Seven station sheets, one double-sided A4 each except Nature in Motion at three sides, plus Everywhere at three. To send for review: elm-science-fair-2026-risk-assessment.pdf, 14 pages, the whole assessment as one document.

Feedback forms · agreed 30 July. Quantity depends on a headcount nobody has.

The station packs are generated from the activity pages by build-station-packs.py. Correct the record, rerun it, print again.
Table cards are dropped (Liber, 27 August). table-cards.html and its script stay in the repository and nothing links them.
